epOche Hotel 1889's cuisine is a celebration of fine dining, the flavors of Trentino's culinary traditions, and locally sourced ingredients.

We believe good food is a key part of any great holiday. We’re committed to helping you discover the best local recipes in our restaurant, while enjoying the serenity and pleasure of our Lake Garda Half-Board Hotel package.
We particularly value authentic, 'traditional' flavors: we make our fresh pasta in-house, and our often organic ingredients come from small local producers. Our daily menus feature meat, seafood, and vegetable dishes based on seasonal availability. No need for long explanations: come and taste for yourself!

Breakfast

From 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, enjoy our light, fragrant, and wholesome homemade pastries. The buffet features cakes, ring-shaped cakes, and croissants, as well as sourdough bread, organic jams and honey, Trentino butter, cheeses, and cold cuts.

Packed lunch

We don’t serve lunch, but we can prepare delicious packed lunches for your day trips and excursions. Alternatively, the hotel bar offers hot dishes made to order, toast, and tasty salads, perfect for a quick bite.

Dinner

Dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The meal begins with appetizers and a vegetable buffet, followed by a menu featuring a choice of 3 first and 3 main courses, with vegan options, gluten-free options, and baby food available.

The wine cellar

‘O che vin o che bon’: our long-standing inn tradition lives on in a carefully curated wine cellar. We offer a selection inspired by historic wine maps, along with house wines bottled by the Pravis family, chosen to showcase the excellence of Alto Garda’s winemaking.

The bar

At our hotel bar with half board on Lake Garda, we reinterpret classic cocktails using local wines and spirits. Enjoy craft beers from Trentino microbreweries or a glass of fine wine poured with the Coravin system, perhaps paired with a selection of cured meats and cheeses.
