Yes. To confirm your reservation at epOche Hotel 1889, you have two options: pay a deposit equal to the cost of the first night, or provide a credit card as a guarantee.

In both cases, cancellation is free up to 5 days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled less than 5 days in advance, the deposit will be withheld or, if a credit card was provided as a guarantee, the cost of the first night will be charged.

At epOche Hotel 1889, payment for your stay is made directly at the property, giving our guests maximum flexibility. Non-refundable rates and any deposit required at the time of booking are exceptions. The credit card provided as a guarantee is neither pre-authorized nor charged in advance.

No. The tourist tax for the Municipality of Nago-Torbole is not included in the room rate. The amount is €2.00 per person, per night, while children up to age 13 are exempt from payment. The tax is paid directly at the hotel at the end of your stay.

Check-in is available daily from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, while check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 AM so that we can prepare it properly for our next guests.

Yes. If your trip is delayed, no problem: reception accepts guests until midnight .

Yes. If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage at the reception for free. If your room is ready, we’ll be happy to give you the keys right away; if not, you can still check in, get all the information you need, and start using the hotel’s amenities.

Even on your departure day, you can leave your luggage at reception and continue enjoying everything the area has to offer. Subject to availability, we're happy to offer a complimentary late check-out until 12:00 PM. If you'd like to keep your room until the afternoon or evening, you can request an extended late check-out for an additional €30, provided the room is not already reserved for arriving guests.

Yes. All rooms at epOche Hotel 1889 feature independent air conditioning and heating, allowing guests to adjust the temperature to their liking throughout their stay, no matter the season.

Yes. Each bathroom is stocked with a complimentary toiletries kit including soap and a gentle olive oil shampoo, as well as a hairdryer and soft cotton towels.

Not all of our rooms in Nago have a balcony. If you'd like a room with an outdoor space, please let us know when booking: we will do our best to meet your request, subject to availability.

We do not have connecting rooms. Each room can accommodate up to four guests. If you're travelling with a large family or a group of friends, we'll be happy to arrange rooms close to one another and create a tailored solution based on the number of guests and availability.

• Dessert & Bakery Corner: homemade cakes and brown bread, fragrant croissants, krapfen, mini pastries with chocolate and raisins, toast bread, Kaiser rolls, and sesame bread
• Savory Corner: hard-boiled eggs, crispy bacon, red beans in sweet-and-sour sauce, a selection of assorted cold cuts, cacciatore salami, Edam and Brie cheeses, cherry tomatoes, and gherkins.
• Wellness Corner: assorted fresh fruit, fruit salad, plain yogurt, cereal, healthy seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin), honey, jams, and chocolate spread

epOche Hotel 1889 provides half-board (breakfast and dinner), but not full board. You won’t have to leave the property for lunch, though: from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, our bar is open with a menu featuring quick bites, fresh salads, and crispy toasts, perfect for a light snack between activities in the Northern Garda area.

The buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Dinner, for guests who have chosen half-board, is served from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Absolutely. We offer vegetarian options as well as dishes for guests with food intolerances. Just let us know about any dietary requirements in advance, and we'll be happy to accommodate them.

Yes. Inside the hotel, you'll find a small wellness area, designed to give you a moment of relaxation after a day spent hiking, exploring the lake and the mountains. A cozy, peaceful environment, ideal for rejuvenating body and mind.

epOche Hotel 1889's wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, a steam room and, outside, a heated 6-seater Jacuzzi hot tub, overlooking the hotel's inner courtyard.

Admission is by reservation only, to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. The cost is €15 per person for a 2-hour visit, and admission is limited to a maximum of 6 people at a time.

Would you like to enjoy an even more exclusive experience? You can reserve the wellness area for private use for €50 for 2 hours.
 

Yes. The hotel features a 7 × 4 meter pool in the peaceful inner courtyard, exclusively for guests. With a depth of 1 meter, it's the perfect place to relax between activities or for children to enjoy a swim, always under the supervision of an adult.

epOche Hotel 1889 is located in the historic center of Nago, about 1.5 km from Lake Garda and 180 meters above the lakefront. You can reach the beaches of Torbole in about 5 minutes by bus or with a pleasant 20-25 minute walk along the historic Sentiero di Santa Lucia, which passes through olive groves and offers splendid views of the lake.

No, epOche Hotel 1889 is well-connected by public transportation. You can get around easily by regular bus or use the Bus&Go service. Boats also depart from Torbole, connecting the main towns on Lake Garda, such as Riva (15 min), Limone (30 min), and Malcesine (50 min).

Yes. The hotel is easy to reach by car from the Autostrada del Brennero (A22). The nearest exit is Rovereto Sud - Lago di Garda Nord, about 15 minutes from the property. Once you arrive in Nago, simply follow the signs to the historic center.

The nearest train stations are Rovereto and Mori, both on the Brenner line. From here, you can easily reach Nago-Torbole by bus or taxi.

The nearest airport is Verona, the closest to the property. Once you land, you can continue by car, taxi, or a combination of train and bus to Nago-Torbole.

Yes. We have a private outdoor parking lot located about 500 meters from the hotel, at a cost of €7 per night.

Since spaces are limited, we recommend that you reserve one along with your stay. Upon your arrival, we’ll give you a ticket to display on your dashboard and all the directions you need to get there.

The hotel has an elevator to reach the upper floors, but there are some specific structural features we would like to point out in the interest of full transparency:

• Entrance: there's a small 7-cm step at the hotel's main entrance
• Bathrooms: the bathrooms are equipped with movable grab rails (fixed grab rails are not available)
• Recommended rooms: for greater comfort, we recommend our Superior Rooms, which offer more space and feature a comfortable floor-level shower

Yes. We are happy to welcome dogs during your stay. We only ask that you carefully supervise them in the common areas. They are not permitted inside the restaurant.
